The employees of Automation Solutions Plus have over 120 years of experience in selling and servicing customers' electrical and automation needs. ASP accepts the challenge to help you with your electrical needs. We wish to earn your business with service, communications, literature, and timely solutions to your business requirements. About Our Company
Automation Solutions Plus, LLC was created in July of 2001 to serve the electrical equipment and supply needs for, as well as to supply industrial automation components to, a wide range of customers in the state of Wisconsin. Through expansion and acquisition, ASP has increased its authorized channels as well as its local inventory to insure that we are able to meet our customer’s electrical needs in a timely and service-oriented manner. In 2010, ASP was listed in the top 5% of ABB’s low voltage distributors. This reflects our ability to offer superior manufacturer’s support to our customers.
About Our Services
| Delivery – Delivery is by common carrier, both from our warehouse and direct from the factory to the customer when necessary. Our primary method of delivery is via UPS (United Parcel Service) from our warehouse inventory. Most Wisconsin locations will receive shipments the following day. Factory Direct/Next Day Guarantee is also available upon request. |
| Bids and Quotations - We provide customers with a price quote on any item for any quantity via phone, fax, or e-mail. Formal quotes are prepared upon request. |
| Return Policy - Customers must call to receive a return material authorization number (RMA) prior to returning products. The products must be in the original packaging and in salable condition with ASP reserving the right to make the final decision. Vendor restocking charges may apply. |

| Prices - Customer pricing is based on volume as well as the customer’s annual sales history or potential. |
| Open Account - Customer Open Accounts are accepted based on approved credit. Our payment terms are net 30 days. |
